Seating Scrolls

There are several advantages to providing seating direction to event guests. Seating direction is commonly provided in the form of an escort card. These helpful cards are presented in creative ways and provide guest names and table number/name to where each guest is requested to sit during an event meal. Seating scroll sheets are designed to include the event or guest of honor's name, event date, an alphabetized list of guests and corresponding table numbers/names. Each scroll sheet is 24”x36”, vertical or horizontal in orientation, and framed in one of several frame options. Additional options include choice of paper color, ink and matte colors, monogram and motif designs, and over 25 font styles. Embellishment options include brooches, Swarovski crystals and luxurious ribbon.

Calligraphy

Calligraphy is one of the most beautiful visual arts used in wedding and special event correspondence. Centuries old, calligraphy is available in many styles and is created using several techniques to produce this amazing ribbon look writing. Special pens and inks are use by skilled calligraphers along with a variety of paper stocks. Calligraphy is commonly used to address invitations, but it can also be made into a plate for full invitation engraving.

Since this form of writing is hand created and takes time, calligraphy holds a higher price tag than some other print options. If you decide to hire a calligrapher to address your invitation envelopes, we recommend ordering extra envelopes and have them sent to your calligrapher in advance. Doing so will allow time for addressing so when your completed invitations arrive your envelopes will be ready for stuffing!

Addressing, Mailing & R.S.V.P. Service

Social Frog offers its clients a stress free solution to getting their invitations to the mailboxes of their guests and for tracking responses. First we start with the addressing of your invitation. Social Frog offers three options for envelope addressing: computer generated font styles, calligraphy, and hand writing. We provide you with a spreadsheet for entering your guest's contact information. We use this information to address each of your guest's invitations.

Secondly, we purchase postage stamps on your behalf, for the R.S.V. P. response envelopes and outer mailing envelopes. We take a complete invitation to the United States Post Office for proper weighing and postage purchase.

Thirdly, we carefully stuff and seal each invitation envelope or box if you have selected a box invitation style.

In the last step of our service, we hand deliver all invitations to the United States Post Office for mailing and request that each piece be hand canceled.

Don't want to take on the timely task of tracking invitation responses? Let Social Frog track them for you with our R.S.V.P. return tracking service. This service must be requested prior to the printing of your invitation collection so the appropriate return mailing address can be printed on the outside of your response envelopes.
